How can I place an order?

Ordering your medical and surgical equipment and supplies couldn’t be easier. Simply choose the product you require and it’s quantity and add to your basket. Once you have chosen all your medical supplies, proceed to the checkout, pay and await delivery.

If an order was placed before 11am you will receive the delivery the following day.

Any orders placed after 11am will be received after 2 days.

If an urgent order is needed to be placed, please call 01622 828854 and we will endeavour to help assist where possible.

Do you supply to UK based surgeries/ hospitals only?

No! We also deliver worldwide

When you order online the shipment prices will be calculated and added automatically.

Why use single use instruments?

Single use instruments can prove to be more effective than reusable instruments not only in cost but also in time for the clinical practitioners.

Time is saved by not having to send instruments to and from the reprocessing centre.

There are no more worries about legal liability for reprocessing and sterility, this lies with the provider, subject to following the manufacturers guidelines.

Budgetary planning is made easier because their full cost is known for each procedure.

How much does it cost to dispose of a single use instrument?

1kg of clinical waste costs approximately £0.76 to dispose of, most single instruments weigh less than 50 grams, costing less than 1p each disposal.

How do we dispose of single use instruments?

You should follow your clinical waste policy, however for many practices disposal is similar. You will need to place any sharp instrument in a sharps bin and place the other instruments back in the tray and then in the packet the instruments came in. Seal the packet and place it in a clinical waste bag for incineration.

Can I have a custom made pack?

We can make bespoke instrumental packs to meet your requirements from the most basic to the most comprehensive for example hip replacement pack.

The minimum order is 200 packs per annum.
