A skin biopsy punch remove skin samples from the surface of the body. The sample taken from a skin is examined under microscope and helps to diagnose your medical condition.
Three main ways to achieve skin biopsies. 1. shave biopsy , 2. Excisional biopsy and 3. Punch biopsy. with this we use circular tool to remove a small section of skin including deeper layers (epidermis, dermis and superficial fat).
this is available in different sizes ranging from 2mm to 8 mm.
